Cross-Postings
This is a very short post. I did think of resuming this series once again. Yes, yes, that question of discipline, time management and all that. We'll see.
For starters here is a post I read on LG's blog. This is about a home-call service by doctors in Chennai specially for geriatrics. Read the post here. A very useful and valuable service. I am not sure if other cities have the same, but would love to know.
Another one is a whole blog dedicated to Fibromyalgia Awareness by blogger Anuradha Khanna Pentapalli. She has firsthand experience with this condition, and has decided to spread it's awareness and reach out to a wider audience. Read more about this here.
And here is a short, quick-paced report on how medical researches identified a deadly virus and are prepared in advance for any epidemic.
Another interesting story on how you can donate a sum for medical treatment in a developing country. Only, the jargon is 'crowd-funding'. Participatory crowd-funding for philanthropy on sites like Kiva, Kickstarter, and Indiegogo and now Samahope are increasingly popular. I really love this concept, would help so many people in our country.

Thanks for spreading the word, CW. The more people aware, the more help there would be.
