Anything but this...

Is it only me or do you also feel like this at times? Always wanting to do anything but what you are doing? Ordinarily, I would not come to the blog, because I have nothing compelling to post or share.

But here I am - due in 10 odd minutes to go and pick up the kids from school and end my peaceful-so-far Wednesday, am in the middle of a not-so-interesting deadline, staring at my laundry pile from far, thankful that rajma is a favourite meal and can stand in as a repeat, trying to solve this word puzzle for a city without success - NECSMARTHE (help appreciated), etc.

If yes, then I know I am not alone and sometimes it helps. If you are the focussed types, tell me how you prioritize your tasks, stuff you love, stuff you hate, stuff that needs to be done, time for yourself, etc. So that at the end of the day, it's all in a day's work. And you sleep content.

  1. I always keep one hour in the morning for myself...spend it reading paper, internet and tea:).

  2. Thanks Renuji! Somehow with the internet the hour seems like a minute!
