What ifs... Blogging Marathon 2014 Post 13
Before I go further with this post, I want to apologize to those few people who've subscribed to a feed from my blog and get inundated on a daily basis. This should go on till Jan 31st only.
We all indulge in what if scenarios right? Sometimes, it is a fun thing, sometimes we do it to gain perspective on the decisions we've made and their consequences . Overall, I believe it is one of those things one can do once in a while, but if you do it too often, you should look at changing some things. Of course, easier said than done.
What would I have done if I was not doing what I am doing now - putting up post 13th for the Blogging Marathon? Settled my closets.
What if I hadn't moved here? I would've still been working surely, amongst other things.
What would I be working as? Would I still be part of the corporate rat race or would I have relinquished it in favour of something else? What would I have been doing if I had taken that opportunity to write for a financial daily? Would I have been good or even good enough? Can't answer those things :(
Would I have had a second child if I was working? Yes.
What makes me the way I am? A combination of so many things, plus the daily reinforcements I send to yourself.
What will happen if I discontinue the Marathon? What makes me even think on those lines? Lack of quality posts and therefore lack of visitors.
What would I feel like if I joined university here? Would be the best thing I could wish for.
What would happen if I completely lose it? What would happen to my children? I don't think you will lose it yet.
What would happen if I reverse my car right out to the street instead of doing those few oddball turns on the lawn? Been there, done that.
What will happen if I cook what I feel like today and not something the kids like? A few tantrums and that's all.
That's it, will spare you the pain of more:)

Haha...Enjoyed reading the what if list of yours :)
ReplyDeleteBut once in a while it's good to make something that we like rather than what others like. I do that and ask hubby to order for him or manage with omelettes ;)
Thanks, I do that quite often actually!
